Summer Camp 2012: It's like a root in dry ground, thirsty for the few essential missing molecules that quench the thirst. Sometimes a screaming thirst, desperate for answers, desperate for fulfillment. Other times, the thirsty can only see an oasis, a mirage, an image their mind conjures up. A calming, deceitful consequence of their deep and desperate thirst.
This oddball of youth, a collection of young people from around the place united under a few tents, one roof and a love for the glorious unseen, to seek and find Him over the few hot days our Pastor had chosen. The dates weren't special. The days were. For many, the 17th to the 20th of January, 2011, it was the first time they felt the God of the universe, pour his deep, flowing, nourishing love in to their hearts.
His mercy is so plentiful! Prayers were answered, God was pursued.
